Getting Started
The great commandments are to love God and love others (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission is to disciple others (Matthew 28:18-20). These two passages are to be the sum and total of our lives.
Love God. Love others. Evangelize the world. Disciple Jesus’ followers.
As we conclude our study on the means of grace, let us think through how we can use these means of grace to fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In this devotional, you will read the Conclusion in The Means of Grace book, and you will reflect on and respond to the discussion questions on the threaded discussion line.
Blessings.

Background Information
Scripture for Reflection:
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
Prayer:
Father, thank you for Your means of grace. Thank you for teaching me about who You are and what You have created me to be. I pray that Your great commandments will be evident in my life. Help me to love You and love others. And, I pray that Your great commission would be the goal of my life, to spread the good news of gospel grace to others. Please empower me by Your Spirit. Help me to become like Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. In His precious name I pray, Amen.
